If you're down with Bukowski, let me tell you that Bucky is a hell of a lot better. He captures all sorts of human emotion in a very lucid fashion. Whether he's writing about love, drugs, or just making up stories, no one gets realer than him.

KING OF THE ROADKILLS is quite possibly one of the greatest books I own. It is a terribly true depiction of life and the way it treatsd you. I recommend this book especially to teenagers, but i would not limit it to that. The poetry in the book is raw, as well are the short stories. Sinister is a master of the word.
how do you summarize great work?, June 14, 1998

ok.i bought this book when i was seventeen, and although i am a poetry buff, this book belongs in the hands of any half-witted teenager anywhere.it is chock-full of good and interesting ideas, great images, and bucky sinister really has a talent for making greatly obscure metaphors that are great.
